Haven Sandoval brings a rich cultural heritage to her sessions as a 12th-generation New Mexican. Originally from the farming community of Belen, she ventured east to study Art History at Smith College before finding her way back home. Today, Haven lives in Santa Fe with her partner, Da’Wun, and their "fur babies," drawing inspiration from the land and history that shaped her.

Luminaria Art Studio offers outdoor plein air painting workshops and art experiences conducted at various locations throughout Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico. Activities include outdoor walking, standing, and painting on uneven terrain, in varying weather conditions, at elevations of approximately 5,000–7,000 feet above sea level.
